About
Situated on 15+ acres, the Southern Bleachery festival grounds is building out green space, walking trails, and outdoor areas for events and festivals. Walk along the paved trail that runs on top of the original rail line to the Mill. Explore the wooded path that runs parallel to the still operational Norfolk Southern line. Bring your Eno and relax in the hammock park. Discover the treehouse in the Grove or sit on the patio and enjoy drinks and snacks from the concession truck. If you’re lucky, you’ll hear the train go by and get a taste of life at the Southern Bleachery almost a century ago.
